DBase is the oldest database management system for DOS, Apple Macintosh and Unix. It's file extension which is (.DBF) is widely supported by almost all database management clients such as Microsoft Access, Open Office Base and many others. By converting your Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to the legacy (.BDF), you can assure the wide adaptability of your database to most of database programs. In order to do that you need "XLS to DBF Converter 1.2", which has an easy wizard to help you migrate your (.XLS) files directly to the legacy (.DBF) file extension.
